Brick slips fixed to all six ICF apartment blocks on the scheme, with two more blocks to follow. Brought in after another crew's no-show had cost the contractor six weeks; the first block, programmed for six weeks, was delivered in three.

Cork
Called in during week two of a seven-week programme after the booked crew failed to appear. The block was finished in weeks four to five, almost three weeks ahead of the contractor's deadline.
