Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Crisu Limited, registered office at Cork, Co. Cork, Ireland, trading as CRISU. For any question about data processing, email us at info@crisugroup.com or call +353 00 000 0000.
What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to enquiries and deliver our services: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the project information you send us by email or on WhatsApp. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and the content of your message.
Purpose of processing
We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage subcontract packages and communicate about projects. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of pre-contractual steps and contract performance (responding to enquiries, delivering the works), our legitimate interest in running the business, and legal obligations (for example, accounting and health & safety records).
Who we share data with
We may share data with providers who help us operate the business and this website, acting as processors: our email provider, the messaging service WhatsApp (Meta), our website host (Cloudflare) and, only with your consent, an anonymous analytics service. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires.
International transfers
Some providers (for example, WhatsApp/Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract is deleted within 24 months; contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Irish law.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access is limited to the people who need it to provide our services.
Cookies
This website uses essential cookies and local storage and, only with your consent, anonymous analytics. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@crisugroup.com. We will respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
